The AM27S191DMB is a Schottky TTL programmable Read-Only Memory. The AM27S191DMB has three-state outputs which is compatible with low-power schottky bus standards capable of satisfying the requirements of a variety of micro programmable controls, mapping functions, code conversion, or logic replacement. Easy word-depth expansion is facilitated by both active Low and active High output enables. The AM27S191DMB is also available in 300-mil, lateral center DIP.
